Welcome to the new System 7 online store. I am currently adding new products, so please check back often. If there is something you are looking for please send me an email as I have partnerships with other lighting/sound companies that I may be able to service your needs. About System 7
System 7 is owned and operated by Keith LaRosa aka Luna and was established in 1994
as a premier lighting and sound company in West Texas. After relocating to Austin, TX in
1995, System 7 expanded into a production company, record store, clothing shop and
consulting company for nightclubs. During the collapse of the electronic music industry in
the early 2000s, I closed the record/clothing store and focused only on event
coordination/production and my consulting services. Now System 7 is coming back with
the sole purpose of providing quality products at a decent price. I only carry the brands
that I feel are good enough for me to use. I am constantly trying out new products so if
there is something you are interested in and want an opinion please do not hesitate to
ask and I will do my best to give you the answers you need.
When dealing with System 7 you will be working with me throughout the whole process. From ordering to billing to shipping and customer service. I put my name behind everything I do and have built my reputation on honesty and hard work. I am here to help and will do my best to make you a happy customer. With that said, please email me if you are interested in any of the products I carry and I will do my best to get it to you at the lowest price possible. I maintain a full time job and do not rely on this as my source of income, my overhead is low which allows me to beat out most of my competition. I do not carry a large inventory and will have most items drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. If you are in need of something and have to have it shipped that day email me and I will send you a list of stores that I have worked with that should be able to ship your orders same day. All orders placed will be processed and ordered once funds have cleared (usually within 24 hours).
PRICING
Due to the MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) restrictions put on us by the manufacturers
the prices listed are the lowest I am allowed to post - I do have open box items which are
Brand New and come with full warranty and some items which you will see are used. If
you are interested in the USED items please contact me first to make sure I still have the
item in stock. Please do not hesitate to drop me a line if you are interested in something
and find it cheaper, I will do my best to beat anyone's price.
BILLING
During the checkout process you will be given only 2 options (1)Google Checkout/PayPal
Invoice or (2)Certified Bank Check or Money Order. For now I will not be processing
credit cards through my site for security reasons. Honestly I do not want to be
responsible for securing your credit card/bank information. Google Check out and PayPal
are trusted payment sites and I feel comfortable enough to bill you through them. If you
choose to use Google Checkout/PayPal please put the one you would like me to bill you
through in the comment box in the checkout section. Once your order has been placed if
I am able to give you a better deal than what is on the website, you will see a note in the
invoice stating that discount. Hopefully you will see this more often than not since I will
be building my customer base and reputation on your comments to fellow musicians and
djs.
